It also provides sites for microwave repeaters, radio and cellular transmitters, fiber optic cable pathways, and a 32-acre parcel designated for an electricity generating plant. The Resort/Residential Real Estate Development segment is responsible for land acquisition rights, detailed planning, pre-construction engineering, and upholding environmental stewardship and conservation efforts. Its Mineral Resources segment derives income from royalties on oil and gas, as well as rock and aggregate extraction. It also earns royalties from a cement production facility, currently leased to National Cement Company of California, Inc. Additionally, this segment oversees the company's water resources and related infrastructure initiatives. The Farming division cultivates permanent crops, including 1,036 acres of wine grapes, 2,262 acres of almonds, and 1,053 acres of pistachios.
