How does API pricing work?
Pricing is based on monthly API request volume. Each screening call counts as one request. Batch endpoints count as one request per stock in the batch. All plans include a 14-day free trial.
What data sources do you use?
We use Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) for stock and ETF data, and CoinGecko for cryptocurrency data. All data is refreshed daily, with price quotes updating every 15 minutes during market hours.
Do you support custom screening standards?
Enterprise+ plans support custom screening standards beyond AAOIFI. We can configure custom thresholds, additional prohibited sectors, or alternative methodologies based on your Shariah board's requirements.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Sign up, get your API key, and start making requests immediately. For Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans, you'll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will help with integration, custom requirements, and ongoing support.
Is there a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
