Partner program terms

These terms apply to anyone approved into the HalalScreener partner program. They describe a commission arrangement between independent parties. Nothing here creates employment, agency or a partnership in the legal sense.
1. The relationship
You are an independent party. There is no base pay, no quota, no minimum hours, no exclusivity and no obligation on either side to continue. You decide whether and how to promote within the rules below. You may not present yourself as an employee or representative of HalalScreener, sign anything on its behalf, or make promises about the product.
2. Commission
Affiliate: 40% of net revenue on every payment made by a customer who signed up through your link or code. Ambassador: 50%, granted after ten referred customers have each stayed paid for sixty days. Introducer: 20% of net revenue on every payment made by an institution you registered and introduced, for the first 24 months after its first payment, then 10% for as long as it keeps paying. Net revenue means the amount that arrived after payment processing fees, refunds and disputes. Commission is never calculated on list price, on signups, on trials or on unpaid invoices.
3. When commission is earned and paid
Commission is earned when the customer's payment has cleared. It is held for 45 days. A refund or dispute within 90 days of the payment reverses the matching commission; if it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout. Balances are paid monthly once they pass $50; smaller balances roll over. Before the first cash payout you must provide a tax form (W-8BEN outside the US, W-9 inside) and a valid payout method. Where no payout method is available in your country, commission accrues as product credit until one is.
4. Attribution and deal registration
Individuals are attributed by your link or code on a first-touch basis; a person already attributed to someone else stays with them. Institutions are attributed by deal registration: you register the company and your relationship before the introduction, and once approved the account is protected for you for 90 days. Commission applies to a contract whose first payment lands within 12 months of registration. HalalScreener decides disputes between partners in good faith and its decision is final.
5. Where you may promote
To people you know, audiences you own, groups you administer, events you speak at, and your own content with a clear disclosure that you earn commission. You may introduce a company you have a genuine relationship with, in your own name.
6. What is not allowed
Cold mass messaging or scraping; posting links in groups you do not administer; paid ads on the HalalScreener name or brand terms; coupon or deal sites; incentives for signups; referring yourself or anyone in your household; claiming to be staff; claiming that HalalScreener certifies anything; any message about politics or against any religion, sect or school; and anything that is investment advice. A first breach brings a written warning. A second, or any fraud, ends the program for you: earned commission is paid, future commission is forfeited.
7. Brand and claims
Describe the product only in the words we provide. HalalScreener screens stocks against published Shariah methodologies and shows the figures behind every verdict; it does not certify and does not give investment advice. Coverage claims beyond the wording we supply are not permitted.
8. Payout methods
Payoneer where available, Wise where available, PayPal where available, and bank transfer for balances above $200. Fees charged by the receiving side are yours. We may ask for identity verification before a payout.
9. Suspension and ending
Either side may end the arrangement at any time by written notice. We may suspend a partner while a breach or a suspected fraud is reviewed. On ending, commission earned on cleared payments up to that date is paid under section 3; nothing further accrues.
10. Changes and governing terms
We may change rates for future referrals with thirty days' notice; referrals already attributed keep the rate in force when they were attributed. These terms sit under the HalalScreener Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Questions go to hello@halalscreener.app.
