About RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc.

RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc., through its various subsidiaries, manages a diverse portfolio of pizza restaurant concepts. It primarily operates and licenses locations under the Pizza Inn brand, which encompasses buffet, delivery/carry-out (delco), and express formats, catering to customers both domestically and in international markets. The company's operations are divided into three core segments: Pizza Inn Franchising, Pie Five Franchising, and Company-Owned Restaurants. Pizza Inn's buffet-style restaurants are typically situated in standalone buildings or retail strip malls. These establishments offer a full spectrum of dining options, including dine-in, carryout, catering, and delivery services. In contrast, its delco (delivery/carry-out) locations specifically focus on take-out and delivery, often found within shopping centers or other inline retail developments. The Express restaurants cater to customers in non-traditional venues, such as convenience stores, food courts, college campuses, airport terminals, travel plazas, and athletic facilities. Beyond Pizza Inn, RAVE also manages and franchises fast-casual dining establishments operating under the Pie Five Pizza Company or simply Pie Five brands. As of June 27, 2021, the company's network included 33 franchised Pie Five outlets, 156 franchised Pizza Inn locations, and 11 licensed Pizza Inn Express (PIE) kiosks. Initially established in 1958 as Pizza Inn Holdings, Inc., the entity adopted its current name, Rave Restaurant Group, Inc., in January 2015. Its corporate headquarters are located in The Colony, Texas.
