Al-Humaza · The Traducer

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. 104:1

   وَيۡلࣱ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةࣲ لُّمَزَةٍ﴿١﴾

   Woe to every scorner and mocker

2. 104:2

   ٱلَّذِي جَمَعَ مَالࣰا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ﴿٢﴾

   Who collects wealth and [continuously] counts it.¹⁹⁸⁷

3. 104:3

   يَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخۡلَدَهُۥ﴿٣﴾

   He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal.

4. 104:4

   كَلَّاۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِي ٱلۡحُطَمَةِ﴿٤﴾

   No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher.¹⁹⁸⁸

5. 104:5

   وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلۡحُطَمَةُ﴿٥﴾

   And what can make you know what is the Crusher?

6. 104:6

   نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُوقَدَةُ﴿٦﴾

   It is the fire of Allāh, [eternally] fueled,

7. 104:7

   ٱلَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةِ﴿٧﴾

   Which mounts directed at the hearts.¹⁹⁸⁹

8. 104:8

   إِنَّهَا عَلَيۡهِم مُّؤۡصَدَةࣱ﴿٨﴾

   Indeed, it [i.e., Hellfire] will be closed down upon them

9. 104:9

   فِي عَمَدࣲ مُّمَدَّدَةِۭ﴿٩﴾
