The Y'all Street Physical Silver ETF is a series of the Texas Precious Metals Trust, an exchange-traded, non-actively-managed fund whose objective is for its shares to reflect the performance of the price of silver bullion, less fund operating expenses. The Fund holds .999+ fine silver bars of various denominations (10 oz, 100 oz, and 1,000 oz) sourced from members of the current London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) Good Delivery List. Shares are created and redeemed in blocks of 10,000 by Authorized Participants in exchange for physical silver, at net asset value, on a continuous basis.
