(CTBI) serves as the parent entity for Community Trust Bank, Inc., providing a full spectrum of commercial and personal banking and financial services primarily to individuals and businesses in small and mid-sized communities. The institution offers a diverse array of deposit accounts, including standard checking and savings accounts, time deposits, certificates of deposit, individual retirement accounts (IRAs), Keogh plans, and money market accounts. Its extensive lending portfolio encompasses various financing solutions such as commercial, construction, mortgage, and personal loans. It also offers lease-financing, both revolving and term lines of credit, specialized funding like asset-based financing, loans for residential and commercial real estate, and consumer credit products. Beyond core banking, CTBI delivers additional services such as cash management, safe deposit box rentals, funds transfer capabilities, and the issuance of letters of credit. The company also undertakes significant fiduciary responsibilities, acting as a trustee for personal and employee benefit trusts, an executor for estates, a paying agent for bond and stock issuances, and an investment agent and depositor for securities. Further diversifying its offerings, Community Trust provides securities brokerage, comprehensive trust and wealth management services, debit cards, annuity and life insurance products, and repurchase agreements. Geographically, CTBI maintains a substantial operational footprint with 79 banking branches situated across eastern, northeastern, central, and south-central Kentucky, as well as southern West Virginia and northeastern Tennessee. Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. was established in 1903 and is headquartered in Pikeville, Kentucky.
